Old Buildings in Phnom Penh City

Even Cambodia is considered as one of the developing countries in Southeast Asia, Cambodia still has many things to improve and develop for the next generation.

Most of the developments have been transfered to rural area, especially in 24 provinces and cities in Cambodia because all of these provinces and cities are not complicated to do infrastructure such as road, bridge, building, school, and hospital since they have many free-land to develop in its destinations or goals. However, Phnom Penh City which is the capital city of Cambodia is the most difficulty city to change its face to attract tourists from around the world since it has many old buildings which leave from French colonization, People Social Regime, and Pol Pot Regime where most of buildings were destroyed because of the unbelievable ideas from those leaders who ruled the country. In order to develop this city again, the Royal Government of Cambodia tries to navigate the people and teach the people how to change their bad habits, especially their living style with the untidy buildings where most of people who survived from Pol Pot Regime try to live in group rather than individual because they are afraid of ghost or something else; so, they have decided to stay in a bunch of people. In addition, most of them are uneducated people because they didn't have enough time to study or learn something news from the outside world because of cruel dictatorship. However, the old buildings must be renewed in order to lure the tourists to visit Cambodia. In addition, the investors who would like to invest in those old building must give reasonable compensation because they want to find new proper place and they also want to see new face of Phnom Penh City too. Because of those old buildings, Cambodian people must find and search the important information firstly before rebuilding its again because it sometimes gives the meaning of its decoration and it is also benefits for old concepts of old people who built those buildings.
In conclusion, those old building must be rebuilt and the Royal Government of Cambodian must give important advice to them before taking place to the new buildings or houses.
